Then, in 2002, we returned to our roots by launching Fivestar Dehydration. Combining decades of agricultural expertise with state‑of‑the‑art processing, we set out to bring India’s finest dehydrated onions and garlic to kitchens worldwide.

Each new milestone—cold storage in 2007, peanut‑butter manufacturing in 2012, specialty sauces in 2014, and expanded dehydration capacity in 2015 and 2021—was driven by a relentless curiosity and a commitment to excellence.
